Production scale introduction: Our company mainly process the tap and hardware by molding. Now we have more than 150 sets equipments of different kinds, and more than 300 workers. Our company can process moulding plastic under 5000g , we have 45 various injection molding machines ,and 49 other plastic auxiliary equipments , for instance: Mechanical arm , plastic pulverizer , plastics random pulverizer , plastic mixer,, pairs of spiral shell pole find shaping machine, single spiral shell pole air compressor ,etc. There are 2 assembly line of the location for 30 workers and 6 for 24 workers, which can supply more than 200 people to carry on the assembling work at the same time. We have more than 20 sets instruments to process hardware such as the lathe , puncher ,etc. and can meet the company 's needs very well. At the same time the company has special workshops to process sprays paint for plastic surface.
