There are more than 20 persons in the technological development departments, mainly responsible for product design and development of the mould. Among them designers take half of the total amount , and they have design experience for many years. They have deep understanding to designing , pay close attention to life , to consumers, to the market, and to each detail .
In the aspect of mould exploiture , the company plans to reinvest 10 million on the existing basis to expand the development ability of the mould, allocate computers design and process hardware and software such as CAD/CAE/CAM of the advanced international standards ,etc. |
Department's technological development procedure£º
The customer offers samples, the drawing or the idea to the products. The designers of our department designs the products promptly, make the products drawing, after confirmed by the customer, make mould drawing , the customer confirms again ,then make the mould ,produce samples, after the customer confirms again, and then produce in batches. |
